NMEE-LCD&RE'23
NMEE Session on Low Carbon Development and Renewable Energy (NMEE-LCD&RE'23) will be held online from October 24 to 25, 2023.
LCD&RE'23 is a sub-conference of NMEE2023. This meeting aims to provide a platform for experts and scholars involved in low-carbon development and renewable energy to share their research findings and cutting-edge technologies. It also serves as an opportunity to understand academic trends, broaden research perspectives, strengthen academic collaboration and discussions, as well as promote the integration of academic achievements and industrial cooperation. By facilitating exchanges and discussions among scholars from around the world, this meeting fosters new research ideas and establishes connections between peers, seeking more opportunities for collaboration and contributing intelligence to achieve low-carbon and sustainable energy development.
Global climate change is one of the most significant challenges the world faces today. Human activities, which result in greenhouse gas emissions, have caused Earth's temperature to rise, leading to various weather disasters and environmental issues. Addressing this global challenge requires promoting low-carbon development across all sectors, as well as expanding the application and innovation of renewable energy. These efforts are essential and urgent for achieving high-quality development in the international community.
To address these challenges, countries worldwide have already begun taking measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and gradually achieve carbon neutrality goals. Low-carbon development will guide the development and actions of countries and industries, effectively aligning their targets with global emission reduction and sustainable development objectives. This will help implement global temperature control goals and corresponding emission pathways.
In this context, renewable energy is gaining increasing attention as a low-carbon and clean energy source. It is considered a crucial means to drive global energy transition. Renewable energy not only reduces environmental pollution but also provides support for economic development, helping the world achieve carbon neutrality objectives.
The sub-conference on low-carbon development and renewable energy will build upon this context to discuss various paths and methods for applying low-carbon development and renewable energy in different fields. The meeting is seeking high-quality original contributions from researchers. All submitted papers to this conference must be original and relevant to the conference's topics. Each paper will undergo peer review by at least 2-3 experts to assess its originality, technical and research depth, accuracy, relevance to the conference, contribution, and readability. Scholars and researchers are warmly invited to participate and submit their work.
